Payments for AlpRoute Pro and AlpRoute Camp Pro (our subscription for campsite owners) are handled by Paddle (Paddle.com Market Limited, United Kingdom), which acts as the Merchant of Record. This means Paddle is the seller for the transaction, processes the payment, issues the invoice, and collects and remits applicable EU VAT. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for details.
