Delete your AlpRoute account
This page explains how to delete your AlpRoute account (app by ZP SoftTech / ZP İnternet ve Yazılım Hizmetleri Ltd. Şti.) and the data linked to it.
Option 1 — By e-mail (always available)
Send a message from the e-mail address linked to your account to contact@alproute.com with the subject “Delete my AlpRoute account”. We verify the request and confirm the deletion within 14 days.
Option 2 — In the app
Where available in your app version: Menu → Settings → Account → Delete account, then confirm.
What is deleted
- Your account (e-mail address, display name, user ID, sign-in data)
- Your travel journal entries, notes and photos
- Your favorites, saved routes and vehicle profile
- Your community posts, reports and nearby-traveller location data
- Device session records
What may be kept
- Places you added to the shared map stay on the map in anonymised form (no link to you).
- Moderation and security records are kept only as long as required for safety and legal purposes.
- Bookkeeping records required by law (e.g. invoices for AlpRoute Pro) are kept for the legally required period.
Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. An active AlpRoute Pro subscription should be cancelled first; otherwise it ends with the deletion.
Konto löschen (Deutsch)
Per E-Mail an contact@alproute.com mit dem Betreff „Konto löschen“ (oder, falls in deiner App-Version vorhanden, Menü → Einstellungen → Konto → Konto löschen). Gelöscht werden Konto, Reisetagebuch, Fotos, Favoriten, Routen und Community-Beiträge; von dir hinzugefügte Orte bleiben anonymisiert auf der Karte. Bestätigung innerhalb von 14 Tagen.
Supprimer votre compte (Français)
Par e-mail à contact@alproute.com, objet « Supprimer mon compte » (ou, si disponible dans votre version de l’app, Menu → Paramètres → Compte → Supprimer le compte). Sont supprimés : compte, carnet de voyage, photos, favoris, itinéraires et contributions ; les lieux ajoutés restent sur la carte de façon anonymisée. Confirmation sous 14 jours.
